Sorry if this has already been posted, I did a search and didn't see it.

Players who purchased Guild Wars (original Prophecies campaign) through the in-game store since its launch there in July will receive a free upgrade, and other players who own the original Guild Wars can choose to upgrade through the in-game store for a small fee.

I bought Prophecies from the "Guild Wars Official In-Game Store" 37 days ago. So um...where's my GotY upgrade? I did /bonus, and only my Nightfall preorder items showed up. I checked the store in case I had to do it myself, but there's nothing there.

Is there anything special you're supposed to do to get the upgrade?

Have you tried /bonusitems, /bonus items, and /preorder yet?

yup, tried all three of them >_<

EDIT: I found it in the store, it wants me to purchase an upgrade, but the message up there *points to quote from gw website* says that i'm supposed to get it free...

I suggest you goto http://www.guildwars.com/support and ask there.

Having purchased GW when it was released I purchased the upgrade, works fine for me.
